Patrons may pre-order soup by the gallon using cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, or e-Checks (ACH) between July 1 and August 31 by using a QR code or at www.smcatholic.church/fall-picnic. The parish provides complimentary gallon jugs. If you have any questions, contact Carol Schwoeppe at 812-549-5594.

Garden Items: Fresh vegetables, homemade jams, jellies, salsa, and pickles. Posters are available at the display table.
Please drop off your items at the Country Store stand from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on picnic day. I appreciate your support of this year's annual picnic and remember to visit this stand on picnic day to check out the goodies and other delights. In anticipation of the St. Meinrad Parish Annual Fall Picnic on Sunday, September 15, 2024, parishioners, friends, and neighbors are encouraged to create a basket to be raffled on picnic day. Making a basket is as simple as choosing a theme, finding some interesting items that fit the theme, and placing them in a basket or, better yet, a themed container to raffle as a single raffle item. Please include a 3 x 5 index card listing the title of your basket and its contents.
Theme Basket Ideas: Movie Night, Gardening, Baking, Getting Pampered, Car Care, Kids' Activities or Games, Back to School. Sample baskets and a sign-up sheet are at the display table in back of the church and also at www.smcatholic.church/theme-basket-signup-fall-picnic.
Theme baskets may be dropped off at the parish office Monday, September 9, through Wednesday, September 11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or at the Theme Basket stand from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on picnic day.
