Every Christian is charged to spread the Gospel. Jesus directs us, “Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). This is the work that we should be doing “together” best, and we should be recognized by this. However, we, the faithful of St. Boniface and St. Meinrad, need instruction in how we can best proclaim the Gospel to those around us.
We have to know our faith before we can share our faith. The Evangelization, Faith Formation & Worship Commission aid the Pastor, Pastoral Council, and the Life Long Faith Formation staff and coordinators in establishing polices and setting goals pertinent to Life Long Faith Formation opportunities, programs and activities for the parish. These programs are aimed at strengthening the faith of those who gather and worship in our communities, and helping them develop the courage to invite others to share in the life, sacrament, and mission of the Church.
